JACON’s robust construction capabilities are supported by powerful Manpower Solutions. We are a part of a larger, diversified group of companies that includes Yasser A. Al Jawan Contracting Est., Doha Advanced Manpower Construction Co. (DMC), and Al Wefaq Manpower Contracting Co. (WMC). This structure provides us with all the necessary human resources to meet diverse project demands, from the simplest tasks to the most technically advanced building projects. Our establishment is built on highly qualified, active, and experienced personnel ready to cope with all client requirements.

We maintain a large and highly skilled workforce, ensuring we can supply manpower across all disciplines of a construction project. Our skilled manpower pool includes a dedicated team of engineers, with 50 Engineers, and essential technical trades such as 50 Electricians. We also have an additional 100 other skilled workers. The Company’s success lies in the hard work of its highly skilled employees and its commitment to quality in every facet of its business. Furthermore, we are proud to contribute to the Kingdom’s workforce by employing 50 Saudi Employees. Our capacity for supplying unskilled manpower is substantial, ensuring large-scale operations are adequately staffed. We maintain a sizable general labour pool of 600 workers. This allows us to scale resources quickly and efficiently to meet project demands and adhere to required time schedules. Through continuous improvement via education and training, our entire team strives to meet agreed-upon requirements to ensure high-quality and reliable construction.
